Design Notes
This sequence has been acquired from H. brasiliensis and codon optimized for transfection into E. coli. Mutation A486T was induced to remove a restriction site.
The stop codon has been removed from this sequence to allow for C terminus concatenation with tags.
A FLAG-Lumio tag can be appended to the sequence to allow for visualization and/or purification.
